Once your order is processed and ready to ship, you will receive a tracking number and estimated delivery date.

Once your order is shipped, it will be delivered to you within 12 days!

We use air freight so you can receive your products faster. You can check your logistics transportation status by logistics tracking number.

Transportation security

Your order can be tracked online and is covered by the standard insurance of the courier company of your choice. We will send you a tracking number after your order is delivered. If the goods are lost, damaged or incorrectly delivered, the carrier should be notified immediately; or you can contact us, we will investigate and help you with possible insurance claims, so you may need to provide us with some relevant photos or documents as evidence. We will also consider resending or refunding depending on the situation.
